PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT UPDATE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY REGARDING PHYSICALS:

CHSAA has mandated an updated Pre-Participation Physical Exam form must be used effective (April 2024). This is the ONLY Physical Exam form that will be accepted for Fall Registrations that require a new physical exam be provided. A previously approved physical that is on file and valid (within the last 365 days) will remain valid until the expiration date. At that time the new forms must be used. No Exceptions! The updated forms can be found on the link above, or through the Athletic Office. 

Registration Process

Please Select Cherry Creek High School when completing your Registration.

ONLINE REGISTRATION:  From the Cherry Creek High School website, click on Athletics to get to our Athletics Website:  https://cherrycreekhs.rschoolteams.com/  Once there, click on Athletics Registration, then click on Athletic Team Registration. Scroll down to Create Family Account (or Login to your account if you already have one). Follow instructions that follow, & go all the way to the end. 

 *** Athlete Only Call District 720-554-2023 to Receive District ID before starting Registration***

If you are new to CCHS hockey this year, and not from Cherry Creek HS, contact Ms Nancy Schulthess  720-554-2461  at CCHS via email or phone and provide the following Information so that CCHS can input your information into the system directly:  First and last name, Student ID, birthdate, male/female, grade. (Returning player info is already in the system.)  Students outside of the district (CCSD Athlete Only students) must contact the District Admissions Office to receive an assigned District ID. Athlete Only students must re-register every year with the district. 720-554-2023.

PAYMENT:  You may pay with a credit card during the online registration process

​PHYSICIANS FORMS: This form is found on our Athletics website under the “Other Forms” tab at the top of the Athletics Registration page. Have the doctor sign and date pages 4 and 5, which are watermarked SCHOOL COPY.

 Upload your current doctor’s clearance to your online registration, or email it to the athletics office. Physicals are valid for one year / 365 days, and they must be submitted/received before you can try-outs. If you prefer, you may email this to the Athletics Office. Email contacts are on the Athletics website – on the left side of the home page.

Athletes will not be allowed to try out until all 3 parts are completed:
